Scenography and Costume design, Performative installation directed by Janine Jop, HFMT Forum, Hamburg (GER) - 07/24
This scenographic work honors the madres buscadoras - the courageous mothers across Mexico who tirelessly search for their missing loved ones amid violence and silence. Directed by Janine Jop, the piece unfolds in a sparse, somber landscape, where bodies and fabric become terrain and testimony. A performance that attempts to give form to grief, resilience and collective memory, a choreography of presence and disappearance, a visual poem for justice and the relentless will to uncover truth.
